Recovery is not all about contemplation – it's also about rediscovering the joy of living, and living well!
While most of your time will be committed to a programme of recovery activities and contemplation, exursions are planned which will include some local activities.
Supporting members of family may also be interested in the local activities available, including: trout fishing, snow skiing, golf, local working farm tours, canoeing and cycling to name a few.
You may prefer a therapeutic massage and relaxation treatment or a casual stroll through some of the area's pristine walking and trekking tracks.
